ITSM Service Excellence Ltd (“the company,” ” ITSM Excel,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) operates www.itsmexcel.co.uk. Prospective clients are advised to read our Terms and Conditions before making any purchases.

 

Definitions:

  • “Company,” “ITSM Service Excellence,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to ITSM Service Excellence Ltd, with registered office at Suite 9, Cranbrook House, 61 Cranbrook Road, Ilford IG1 4PG.
  • “Client,” “You,” “Your”: Refers to individuals purchasing training from ITSM Service Excellence.
  • “Booker”: Refers to the person making a booking on behalf of a client.
  • “The Website”: Refers to www.itsmexcel.co.uk.
  • “Terms and Conditions”: Refers to the terms of usage and conditions for purchases and website utilization.
  • “Working Days” – this refers to days between Monday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

 

Prices:

  • Prices are valid for 10 days from the date of quotation and are subject to change.
  • Published prices exclude VAT. Clients and companies must pay applicable VAT on services.
  • Prices do not include travel, accommodation, or any other expenses.
  • VAT is payable regardless of the Client’s country of origin.
  • Training event prices are advisory and subject to change.

 

Payments:

  • Course fees, including VAT, are payable in full upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Late payment may incur an 8% charge over the Bank of England base rate.
  • Payments can be made by major credit and debit cards. American Express cards might incur a small surcharge.
  • All administration fees for cancellations are payable immediately.
  • Payments must be received before an examination is issued.

 

Cancellations:

  • ITSM Service Excellence may cancel or reschedule a training event due to unforeseen circumstances like low attendance and trainer’s health illness.
  • Client cancellations are subject to varying fees based on the below table.

Refunds:

  • Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process and will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Course examination vouchers are non-refundable.

 

Changes to Courses:

  • ITSM Service Excellence may change or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Course timetables are advisory and subject to change.

 

Course Materials:

  • ITSM Service Excellence will replace courseware in case of delay beyond their control.

 

Non-Attendance:

  • Non-attendance without notice will be considered a cancellation, and payment is due in full.

 

Course Suitability:

  • It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure the course booked is suitable for the clients attending.

 

Admission:

  • ITSM Service Excellence reserves the right to refuse admission to unsuitable candidates.

 

Booking on behalf of the Client:

  • The booker must inform clients of all relevant information, including joining instructions and course updates.

 

Onsite Training on a Client Specified Site:

  • The Client is responsible for providing suitable facilities for onsite training.

 

Onsite and Trainer Expenses:

  • Trainer expenses for private courses will be charged as agreed.
  • A fixed rate will be applied for training expenses.

 

E-Learning, Online Learning:

  • Course enrolment, fees, and log-in credentials are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Access to e-learning products is granted for a 90-day period.

 

Copyrights:

  • All course materials are the intellectual property of ITSM Service Excellence.
  • Reproduction or dissemination of course materials is prohibited.

 

Intellectual Property:

  • ITSM Service Excellence’s name, logo, and content are protected by intellectual property rights.
  • Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

Warranty & Liability:

  • ITSM Service Excellence’s liability is limited to a claim for damages.

 

Personal Belongings:

  • ITSM Service Excellence is not responsible for clients’ personal belongings during training.

 

Non-Solicitation:

  • The Client agrees not to employ or solicit ITSM Service Excellence’s employees.

 

Assignments:

  • ITSM Service Excellence may assign its interests in the agreement.

 

Deviation:

  • No deviation from these terms is allowed without written permission from ITSM Service Excellence.

 

Force Majeure:

  • ITSM Service Excellence is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
